Storytime: Braised Beef Hash

Before corned beef, before the potato hit Europe, hash originally was beef braised in mushroom ketchup.  Here, we are paying tribute to the origins of the dish with our braised beef while honoring what it has become: a dish that can celebrate any season.  With the addition of the American potatoes and the decadence of a poached egg this dish is the perfect way to start your Sunday.
