This winter, Bondhu heads into its third year of operation. We see this exciting milestone as a chance to rededicate ourselves to the work we love: telling stories and building community through food. In 2025 and beyond, we will continue to open our doors for public and private events that foster learning, love, and belonging. We believe this goal and this space will be more important than ever in the years to come.

As many in our community know, we are working in an historic building facing a myriad of infrastructure challenges, including a broken dishwasher, a broken oven, aging furniture, and other sorely-needed repairs both big and small.

This December, we are raising funds to address the most crucial repairs at Bondhu. A boost from our community at this time will allow us to refocus our efforts and energy into the future of Bondhu.

Our fundraising goal is $10,000 — no contribution is too small!

We are planning an exciting calendar of events for the coming year, including regular dinner parties, community cafe hours, a new speaker series called The Listening Table, our second year of joint Shabbat/Iftar dinners, concerts, collaborations, and more.
